Service Description

This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 60–65 who are ready for structured strength training with a focus on movement quality and control. Sessions include full-body exercises such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging (deadlift patterns), along with unilateral training to improve coordination and stability. Participants will also be guided through floor-based exercises to enhance mobility, strength, and overall body awareness. Movements are performed independently at a controlled pace, with coaching focused on proper technique, positioning, and smooth, controlled execution. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have some experience with resistance training or structured exercise -Are comfortable performing standing and floor-based movements -Want to improve strength, balance, and coordination -Are looking to continue progressing in a structured program Support & Modifications: Exercises are performed independently, with clear options and guidance provided to adjust range of motion, positioning, and intensity as needed.
