Service Description
What to Expect: This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 75–80 who have prior experience with resistance training and are comfortable performing basic strength movements. Sessions are led in real time and focus on full-body strength and functional movement using safe, home-friendly modifications. Exercises include squatting patterns, rowing movements, pressing variations, hip-hinge (deadlift-style) patterns, and unilateral lower-body work. Coaching emphasizes safe technique, controlled pacing, and individualized options so you can train confidently from home. Who It’s For: This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have prior experience with resistance training or structured exercise -Understand basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) -Are able to safely participate in standing/ supported exercise at home Benefits: Build and maintain full-body strength, increase longevity, improve balance and coordination, support joint health, maintain independence, and stay active safely from home with professional guidance.
