Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 60–65 who are experienced with exercise and ready for a structured, performance-driven training program. Sessions focus on developing muscle mass, supporting bone density, and improving overall strength through progressive resistance training. Workouts include a wide range of full-body exercises such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging (deadlift patterns), along with more dynamic and challenging variations to further develop strength, coordination, and control. Training is performed at a purposeful pace with an emphasis on proper technique, consistency, and progression. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have consistent experience with resistance training -Are comfortable with a variety of strength and movement patterns -Want to build muscle and improve overall physical performance -Are looking for a structured and engaging training environment Support & Modifications: Exercises are primarily performed independently, with options for support (chair, wall, or stable surface) available when needed. Benefits: Increase muscle mass, support bone health, improve strength and coordination, and enhance overall performance and long-term independence.
