Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 75–80 who are new to exercise or prefer a fully supported environment. Safety is the top priority in every session. All exercises are performed either seated or with stable support using a chair, countertop, or wall. Movements focus on gentle strength, joint mobility, circulation, and basic coordination. Each exercise is demonstrated clearly with simple instructions and modifications, allowing you to move at your own pace in a safe and controlled way. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Are new to structured exercise or returning after time off -Prefer or require seated or supported movement -Want a safe, low-impact way to stay active -Are looking to build confidence before progressing to higher levels Support & Safety: All exercises are either seated or fully supported, with no balance-challenging movements required. Clear guidance is provided throughout, with frequent reminders for positioning, pacing, and proper setup to ensure a safe home environment.
