Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 75–80 who are ready for structured exercise but still benefit from additional support and guided modifications. Sessions focus on improving strength, balance, and coordination through functional movement patterns performed safely from home. Exercises include sit-to-stand variations, supported squats, light rowing and pulling movements, pressing patterns, and basic unilateral lower-body work. Many exercises can be performed using support such as a chair, countertop, or wall, and all movements are coached with clear modifications to match your ability level. The pace is controlled, supportive, and focused on building confidence while maintaining safety. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have some familiarity with exercise or structured movement -Are comfortable with basic standing and seated transitions -May require or prefer support during certain movements -Want to build strength, balance, and confidence in a guided virtual setting Support & Modifications: Most exercises include supported options using stable household surfaces, with seated alternatives available when needed. Benefits: Improve functional strength, enhance balance and stability, increase mobility, and safely progress toward more advanced movement patterns.
