Service Description

This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 70–75 who are ready for structured exercise and more independent movement, with support available when needed. Sessions include full-body training using movements such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging (deadlift patterns), along with floor-based exercises and balance work. This class uses lighter resistance, simpler variations, and a more controlled pace. Movements are primarily performed independently, with clear options to use support (chair, wall, or stable surface) at any time. Coaching focuses on proper technique, controlled movement, and gradual progression in a safe and supportive virtual environment. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have some experience with exercise or structured movement -Are comfortable performing most movements independently -May occasionally prefer or require support for balance or confidence -Want to continue building strength and progress toward more advanced training Support & Modifications: Exercises are performed primarily without support, but supported options and modifications are always available and encouraged as needed. Benefits: Improve functional strength, enhance balance and coordination, increase mobility, and safely progress toward higher-level training.
