Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 65–70 who are ready for structured strength training with an added focus on balance and control. Sessions incorporate full-body exercises such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging (deadlift patterns), along with targeted drills to improve stability and coordination. Training is performed at a controlled pace with clear instruction, allowing you to focus on proper technique while developing strength that directly supports balance. Exercises are selected and coached to help you move more confidently and maintain control during both workouts and everyday activities. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have some experience with resistance training or structured exercise -Want to improve balance while continuing to build strength -Are comfortable with standing and controlled movement patterns -Are looking to progress toward more advanced training Support & Modifications: Exercises are primarily performed independently, with support options (chair, wall, or stable surface) available for balance or added confidence when needed.
