Service Description
What to Expect: This class is designed for active adults over 80 who are ready for light strength and functional movement training with a strong focus on support and safety. Exercises include simplified movements such as sit-to-stand variations, supported stepping patterns, light resistance work, and balance-focused drills. Most movements are performed with assistance, hand support, or stable surfaces to ensure safety at all times. Who It’s For: This class is ideal for individuals who: -Can move independently with some support -Are comfortable with basic functional movements -Want to improve strength, balance, and confidence in a safe environment Support Level: A significant portion of the class is performed using support (chairs, rails, or guided assistance). Please use a sturdy surface for your support to avoid falls. Benefits: Improve mobility, build foundational strength, enhance balance, and maintain independence in daily life.
