Service Description

This small-group class is designed for individuals over 80 who already move well and are ready for light to moderate resistance training. Sessions include guided exercises such as squats, carries, band work, rowing , pressing, and etc movements—all performed with a strong focus on safety, control, and proper technique. Who It’s For: This class is for active adults (80+) who: -Have good balance and mobility -Are comfortable with basic movement patterns -Are ready to progress into structured strength training Assessment Required: All participants must be approved prior to joining. This ensures the class remains safe, appropriate, and effective for everyone involved. Benefits: Build strength, maintain independence, improve balance, and support long-term mobility.
