Challenging, full-body training for experienced and confident movers
Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 70–75 who are experienced with exercise and ready for a more advanced, well-rounded training program. Sessions include a combination of strength, balance, and mobility work using movements such as squatting, pressing, pulling, hinging (deadlift patterns), unilateral movements, and controlled floor-based exercises. Participants will also be guided through more advanced balance and coordination drills to further enhance stability and body control. All exercises are coached in real time with a focus on proper technique, control, and safe progression. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have consistent exercise experience and confidence in movement -Are comfortable getting to and from the floor independently -Can safely perform standing and dynamic exercises -Want a higher-level challenge to maintain strength and performance Support & Modifications: While this is an advanced class, modifications and support options (chair, wall, or surface assistance) are always available to ensure safety and adaptability when needed.
