Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 65–70 who are ready for a more traditional, structured strength training program. Sessions focus on building muscle mass and supporting bone density through progressive resistance training and full-body exercise. Workouts include foundational movements such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging (deadlift patterns), unilateral patterns, along with accessory exercises to target key muscle groups. Training is performed at a controlled but challenging pace, with an emphasis on proper technique, consistency, and progression over time. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Have prior experience with resistance training -Are comfortable performing a variety of strength exercises -Want to build or maintain muscle mass and strength -Are looking to support long-term bone health and physical performance Support & Modifications: Exercises are primarily performed independently, with options for support (chair, wall, or stable surface) available as needed for safety and confidence. Benefits: Increase muscle mass, support bone density, improve strength and stability, and enhance overall physical performance and independence.
