Service Description
What to Expect: This class is designed for older adults over 80 who need a safe, fully supported environment to begin or maintain movement. All exercises are performed seated or with full support using chairs, stable surfaces, or close guidance. Movements focus on gentle mobility, light strength activation, circulation, and basic coordination in a slow and controlled setting. Who It’s For: This class is ideal for individuals who: -Prefer or require seated exercise -Need full support during movement -Are looking to safely maintain mobility and daily function Support Level: All exercises are either seated or fully supported, with no balance-challenging movements required. Benefits: Improve circulation, maintain joint mobility, support basic strength, and promote safe, consistent movement.
