Service Description

This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 70–75 who are beginning or returning to structured exercise and want a safe, supportive way to build strength and stability. Sessions focus on foundational movement patterns such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging, all performed with support or in a seated position as needed. There will be a significant emphasis on strengthening and training for improvements in balance in this class! Exercises are taught at a controlled pace with clear instruction, allowing you to focus on proper form, coordination, and confidence. While movements are primarily supported, options are available to perform exercises independently as you progress. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Are new to strength training or getting back into exercise -Prefer or benefit from supported or seated movement -Want to improve balance through building strength -Are looking for a safe and structured starting point Support & Modifications: Exercises are performed with support (chair, wall, or stable surface) or seated, with options to progress to more independent movement when appropriate.
