Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 65–70 who are new to structured exercise or looking for a supportive way to build strength and stability. Sessions focus on foundational movement patterns such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging, with a strong emphasis on improving balance and control. Exercises are performed at a slow, guided pace and can be done with partial support or in a seated position when needed. Each movement is clearly demonstrated with options to match your comfort level, helping you build confidence while moving safely. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Are new to strength training or returning after time away -Want to improve balance and coordination -Prefer or benefit from supported or seated exercise options -Are looking for a safe and structured starting point Support & Modifications: Exercises can be performed with partial support (chair, wall, or stable surface) or seated as needed, with guidance provided to ensure safety and proper positioning.
