Service Description
This live virtual class is designed for adults aged 60–65 who are new to structured strength training or looking to refine their movement skills. Sessions focus on foundational exercises such as squatting, pressing, pulling, and hinging, with a strong emphasis on balance, coordination, and proper technique. Exercises are primarily performed independently to help develop control and stability, with options to use support (chair, wall, or stable surface) when needed. Movements are taught step-by-step, allowing you to safely learn and practice proper form while building strength. This class is ideal for individuals who: -Are new to strength training or want to improve technique -Want to build balance and coordination -Are comfortable with independent movement but may want support available -Are looking for a structured and safe starting point Support & Modifications: Exercises are performed independently, with support options available at any time for added safety and confidence.
